1. Coming late without an excuse

-Monitor the late student with guidance and direction.

-Take a written undertaking on student.

-Call the student's parents and take a written undertaking on the parent and the student.

- Alert the parent to the possibility of preventing the student of entering the school in case of repetition.

- Suspension of the student from one to three days with a final commitment to the guardian.

- Transfer the student to the school administration and the school protection committee to take the appropriate decision.

- Monitoring the causes of repetition through a school social work specialist.

2- Absence without reasonable excuse

-Take a written undertaking on student and inform the parents.

-Call the student's parents and take a written undertaking on the parents and the student.

-Take a written undertaking on the student and the parents.

-Transfer case to the school social specialist to examine the situation and make sure that the student did not suffer from any problems that might lead to dropping out of education.

-Transfer the student to the school administration to study the situation and take appropriate action with the family if they suffer from difficult social or economic circumstances that may lead to drop out of education.

-Study the case of the student by the school principal and decide the possibility of suspending the student from the school.

3- Weakness of the student's academic achievement:

I. Failure to perform homework despite his capability for performance

II. Not bringing school equipment

III. Not wearing the school uniform

-Orientation and guidance by the teacher and then by the supervisor then reports to the parents.

-Run psychological tests to identify the problem with the student.

-Transfer case to the school social specialist to study his condition and identify the associated problems based on the results of psychological tests

-Call the student's parents and discuss the situation.

- Depriving the student of some behavior marks or some reinforcement methods to make and develop corrective actions.

4- Vandalism: (breaking, damaging, writing on parts of the school building or the school bus including the destruction and breaking of doors / windows / tables / chairs / electrical appliances)

-Guidance and orientation by the administrative supervisor with obliging the guardian by repairing or worth paying and taking a written undertaking on the student and the parent.

-Oblige students to do some school work/volunteer fit with his age.

- Call the student's parent and take a written undertaking and obligate him to pay or repair the damage as well as suspend the student from three to five days.

- Examine the case of the student from the school administration to suspend the student for a period of fifteen days and inform the educational administration after committing him to repair the damage or pay its value

5- Failure to comply with the general appearance: (student's lack of commitment to the overall appearance of the school environment in accordance with the school discipline regulations).

-Fix the offense with guidance and direction and take a written undertaking on the student by the daily supervision.

-Inform the parents and document it in the record.

-Take a written undertaking on student and report it in the student's file.

-Suspend the student from one to three days.

-Transfer the student's case to the School Board with the school's actions and consider a suspension of the student for a period not exceeding ten days.

6- Use devices that impede school work according to the school policy. "mobile devices as well as any electronic devices"

-Take a written undertaking on the student and inform the guardian and confiscate the device till the end of the school day.

-Call the student's parents and take a written undertaking as well as suspension of the student for one school day.

-Suspend the student from one to three days and confiscate the device to the end of the semester.

- If the student insists on repeating the same case, then the case is presented to the school administration to consider a ten-day detention.

7- Behavior disorders or undisciplined behavior: (Doing an action that hinders the learning process such as chaos and troublemaking in class or school classrooms or school grounds).

-Guide and direct the student then record the case in the student's record.

-A case study of a student by the school social specialist and behavioral testing.

-Take a written undertaking on the student and inform the parents.

- Call the student's parents and take a written undertaking as well as suspension of the student for one school day

-Transfer the student to the school social specialist to study his case.

-Transfer the student to the school educational administration service Office.

-Student's suspension for three to five days.

8- Violent aggressive behavior directed against students (assault): bodily manifest using either a hand or foot.

-Guide and direct the student by the school social specialist and take a written undertaking on student and parents with documenting the situation as well as apologizing in public.

-Suspension of the student for a day.

-Suspension of the student from one to three days with a written undertaking on him and his parents and apologize in public.

-Transfer the student to the student protection Committee as well as educational management Subcommittee.

-Transfer the student to school social service Office to examine his condition and modify his behavior.

-Consider the school administration and school Protection Committee in his suspension to fifteen days before the apology in public.

١-التأخر الصباحي:تأخر الطالب بدون عذرمقبول عن بدء اليوم الدراسي بعد قرع الجرس الصباحي الأول وعدم حضور الطابورالصباحي.

-رصد تأخر الطالب مع الإرشاد والتوجيه.

-أخذ تعهد كتابي علي الطالب.

-استدعاء ولي الأمروأخذ تعهد كتابي عليه وعلي الطالب.

-تنبيه ولي الأمر بإمكانية توقيف الطالب في حال تكرار.

-توقيف الطالب يومآ دراسيآ وأحدآ.

-توقيف الطالب من يوم إلي ثلاثة أيام دراسية مع أخذ تعهد نهائي علي ولي الأمر.

-عرض الطالب علي إدارة المدرسة ولجنة الحماية المدرسية لاتخاذ القرار المناسب .

رصد أسباب التكرار من خلال الاٍخصائي الاجتماعي.

٢- الغياب الكامل )بدون عذر مقبول)

-أخذ تعهد كتابي علي الطالب وإبلاغ ولي الأمر .

-استدعاء ولي الأمر وأخذ تعهد كتابي عليه وعلي الطالب.

- أخذ تعهد كتابي علي الطالب وولي الأمر.

-تحويل الحالة للإخصائي الاجتماعي لدراسة الحالة والتأكد من عدم معاناة الطالب من أي مشاكل قد تؤدي إلي التسرب من التعليم.

-إحالة الطالب إلي مراكز الخدمة المدرسية لدراسة الحالة و إتخاذ الإجراء المناسب مع الأسره اذا مكان الطالب يعاني من ظروف اقتصادية أو اجتماعيه صعبه قد تؤدي إلي تسربه من التعليم.

-دراسه وضع الطالب من قبل مدير المدرسه ولجنة الحماية المدرسية واتخاذ قرار بالفصل طبقا للقانون.

٣- -تقصير الطالب في التحصيل الأكاديمي:

(عدم أداء الطالب الواجبات المطلوبة منه رغم قدرته علي أدائها وانخفاض مستواه التحصيلي ،عدم احضار أدوات المدرسة،عدم ارتداء الزي المناسب).

-توجيه وإرشاد من قبل المعلم ثم من قبل المشرف الإداري وتوثيق ذلك مع إبلاغ ولي أمر الطالب .

-إجراء عدد من الاختبارات النفسية للتعرف علي المشكلة لدي الطالب.

- تحويل الحالة للإخصائي الإجتماعي لدراسة حالته وتحديد المشكلات المرتبطة بناء علي نتائج الإختبارات النفسيه ووضع خطة التدخل المناسبة .

-استدعاء ولي أمر الطالب وبحث الحالة .

-حرمان الطالب من بعض درجات السلوك أو بعض الأساليب التعزيزية لإشعاره بالتقصير ووضع الإجراءات التصحيحية موضع التنفيذ.

٤- التخريب :(كسر أو إتلاف أو الكتابة علي أجزاء من المبني المدرسي أو علي محتوياته أو الحافلة المدرسية ومن ذلك تخريب وكسر الأبواب /النوافذ/الطاولات/الكراسي/الأجهزة الكهربائية).

-إرشاد وتوجية الطالب من قبل المشرف الإداري مع إلزام ولي الأمر بإصلاح التلفيات أو دفع قيمتها وأخذّ تعهد كتابي علي الطالب وولي الأمر.

-إلزام الطالب بالقيام ببعض أعمال الخدمة /التطوع المدرسية تتناسب مع عمره وبشكل لا يهين كرامته.

-إستدعاء ولي الأمر وأخذ تعهد كتابي وإلزامه بدفع أوإصلاح التلفيات والنظر في إيقاف الطالب من ثلاثة إلي خمسة أيام.

-بحث حالة الطالب من إدارة المدرسة لتوقيف الطالب لمدة (15 يوم)وإبلاغ الإدارة التعليمية بذلك بعد إلزامه بإصلاح الأضرار أو دفع قيمتها.

٥- عدم الالتزام بالمظهر العام:(عدم التزام الطالب بالمظهر العام للبيئة المدرسية طبقاً للأحكام العامة للائحة الإنضباط) .

-إصلاح المخالفة مع الإرشاد والتوجيه وأخذ تعهد كتابي علي الطالب من قبل الإشراف اليومي.

-إبلاغ ولي الأمر وتوثيق ذلك في سجل المخالفات.

-أخذ تعهد كتابي علي الطالب وولي الأمروتسجيل ذلك في ملف الطالب .

-توقيف الطالب من يوم إلي ثلاثة أيام.

-عرض مخالفة الطالب علي مجلس إداره المدرسة مع الإجراءات التي اتخذتها المدرسة والنظر في توقيف الطالب لمدة لا تتجاوز عشرة أيام.

٦-إستخدام الأجهزة التي تعيق العمل المدرسي طبقاٌ لنظام إدارة الفصل .(مثل أجهزة المحمول وألعاب الاتاري والمسجلات وأفلام الليزر واللاب توب وألات التصوير وغيرها).

- أخذ تعهد كتابي علي الطالب وإبلاغ ولي الأمر ومصادرة الجهاز إلي نهاية اليوم الدراسي.

-استدعاء ولي أمر الطالب وأخذ تعهد عليهمامع توقيف الطالب يوماٌ دراسياٌ.

-توقيف الطالب من يوم إلي ثلاثة أيام ومصادرة الجهاز إلي نهاية الفصل الدراسي .

-إذا استمر إصرار الطالب علي المخالفة يتم عرض الحالة علي إدارة المدرسة للنظر في توقيف لمدة 10 أيام.

٧-إضطرابات السلوك أو السلوكيات غير المنضبطة:(القيام بسلوك غير سوي يعرقل سير عملية التعلم مثل إثارة الفوضي والمشاغبة والمشاكسة في الصف أو القاعات المدرسية  أو ساحات المدرسة ).

-إرشاد وتوجيه وتسجيلها في سجل الطالب .

-دراسة حالة الطالب من قبل الإخصائي الاجتماعي وإجراء الاختبارات السلوكية اللازمة .

-أخذ تعهد كتابي علي الطالب وإبلاغ ولي الامر.

-إستدعاء ولي أمر الطالب وأخذ تعهد كتابي عليه.

-توقيف الطالب لمدة يوم دراسي واحد واستدعاءولي الأمر وأخذ تعهد كتابي عليه.

-تحويل الطالب للإخصائي الإجتماعي لدراسة حالته .

-عرض الطالب علي مكتب الخدمة المدرسية بالإدارة التعليمية وإخضاعه لجلسات تعديل سلوك الطالب.

توقيف الطالب من ثلاثة إلي خمسة أيام دراسية.

٨-السلوك العدواني العنيف الموجه ضد الطلبة (التهجم):إحداث ضرر جسدي واضح سواءٌ باستخدام اليد أو القدم.

-إرشاد وتوجيه من قبل الإخصائي الإجتماعي ؛وأخذ تعهد علي الطالب وعلي ولي الأمر مع توثيق الحالة في ملفه وتقديم إعتذار امام من كانت الإساءة أمامه.

-توقيف الطالب لمدة يوم.

-توقيف الطالب من يوم الي ثلاثة أيام مع أخذ تعهد عليه وعلي ولي الآمر  وتقديم اعتذار أمام من كانت الإساءة أمامه.

-التحويل الي لجنة حماية الطفل بالمدرسة واللجنة الفرعية بالإدارة التعليمية .

-تحويل الطالب لمكتب الخدمة الإجتماعية المدرسية لدراسة حالته وتعديل سلوكه.

-تنظر إدارة المدرسة ولجنة الحماية المدرسية في توقيفه حتي خمسة عشر يوماٌ دراسية وتقديم  اعتذار امام من كانت الإساءة أمامه.

-اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونيه اللازمة طبقاٌ للقانون.
